Please note that due to peak trading times, we are unable to offer tours on Friday or Saturday evenings; please call Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 3.00pm.
Your tour of the brewery will last approximately one and a half hours. Starting with an informative video presentation, outlining the brewing process, which lasts approximately 20 minutes, followed by the guided tour, lasting approximately 45 minutes and takes you through the brewing process of Grainstore Beers, from seeing the raw ingredients to the finished product, taking in the Copper, Mash Tun and fermentation system.
After the tour you are invited to sample our flagship Ten Fifty, Cooking and Triple B ales, which can also be bought from our brewery tap after your tour as single bottles, or in gift packs.
If you have chosen the option of staying and enjoying a meal after your tour, we are happy to present you with a delicious Ploughman’s Lunch or Supper, incorporating our famous local Pork Pie, cheeses, real ale chutney made on the premises and bread baked using our yeast, all washed down with a pint of our fine Real Ale.
The cost for our Tours is:
£7.95 per person. This includes an introductory video, the tour and 3 x third pint samples.
£13.95 per person. As above, but including a Ploughman’s Lunch/Supper and Pint to wash it down with.
£16.95 per person. As package one above, but including as much as you care to drink from our range of real ales in two hours! (must be taken one at a time from the bar...)
£19.95 per person. As package two above, but including as much as you care to drink from our range of real ales in two hours! (must be taken one at a time from the bar...)
Tours are available by appointment at times suitable to all. Minimum number for all above packages is 10 persons. Buying a tour as a gift?
Why not send a tour voucher with a gift message, and the recipient can then book their tour by telephone at their convenience.
Unfortunately, due to the nature and layout of our Brewery, there is limited access to certain areas which may not be suitable for all. We do all that we can to ensure that you enjoy your time with us. We do ask that you wear suitable footwear and clothing.
