We are very delighted to announce that ‘The Good Pub Guide 2016’ has been published and The Grainstore Brewery has been awarded the title of ‘Own Brew Pub of the Year’.
So, whilst trawling through the internet in the dead of night, contemplating the inevitable round of annual price hikes from the major brewers, duty increases from our ‘pro Britain’ government and the general downturn in trade after Christmas, we stumbled across this great Blog post from Beer Nouveau of Manchester, called ‘Costs, Quality and that Elusive Profit’. So worthy is it of a read, that we thought we would copy it to our own Blog too, with full credit being given to it’s original author Steve.
The entire team at The Grainstore Brewery would like to take the opportunity to wish all of our lovely customers, a very Happy New Year and a prosperous 2017. 2016, What a Year that was….! We look forward to welcoming you all back in 2017. We have a lot planned, some of them old, […]
We want you. The Grainstore Brewery is now recruiting a Junior Sales Person. Experience preferred but not essential. Good Package on offer. Closing date for applications is Tuesday 31st May.
The Grainstore Brewery has today launched it’s own keg lager, ‘Purus 4’.
The Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA) is launching its ‘Manifesto for British Beer’ today (9 March), calling on prospective parliamentary candidates (PPCs) to pledge their backing for the thriving local brewing sector and the thousands of jobs it supports.
Real Ale and Cider make great stocking fillers or ‘Gifts for Dads’. For Christmas 2015, we are pleased to offer a range to suit all tastes!
Our Halloween Ale ‘Witchs Brew’ is now available to order for delivery to your pub or outlet.
Blue Monday, as it’s commonly dubbed across the Northern Hemisphere, hits us next week. It’s the Monday in the middle of January, between New Year’s Day and payday when we’re all skint, the weather is rubbish and the Winter is still stretching out before us. But here at The Grainstore Brewery, we’re anything but blue.
Following hot on the heals of our success in The Good Pub Guide 2016, with the Own Brew Pub of the Year Award, we have now had confirmation of our inclusion in CAMRAs Good Beer Guide for 2016.
