Our Christmas menus are packed with traditional favourites alongside delicious seasonal dishes, all prepared with care using fresh ingredients and plenty of festive flavour.
Start with tempting options such as homemade butternut squash soup, chicken and liver parfait, heritage tomato and mozzarella salad or smoked salmon with lemon and cracked pepper.
For the main event, tuck into succulent roast turkey, roast beef or our chestnut and cranberry nut roast, served with all the trimmings — including roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots, braised red cabbage, seasonal green vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and pigs in blankets.
Fancy something a little different? Our menu also features salmon fillet and spinach en croute with dill sauce, roasted pork belly with apple-infused mash and Calvados gravy, and a rich tomato savoury root vegetable crumble.
And, of course, Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without dessert. Choose from traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, warm pecan pie, vanilla panna cotta with berry compote or baked lime cheesecake.
