Monroe is an outstanding acoustic duo and four piece band featuring soulful female vocals and intricate, refined acoustic guitar. Their repertoire includes a huge range of pop, rock, blues, soul and jazz songs spanning the last 6 decades.
Polly and Ian are professional session musicians who have performed with high-profile artists such as Simon Webbe and Will Mellor. Their successes also include live performances on the BBC, regular performances for Leicester City Football Club and a performance in the Banqueting House in Whitehall.
Perfectly suited for smaller venues, events with sound restrictions or for early evening/afternoon entertainment.
Monroe also offer a 4 piece acoustic band adding bass and percussion for the ultimate lo-fi upbeat experience. This is a particularly good option if you wish the music to be a little less intrusive or if your venue has noise restrictions which for example do not permit use of drum kits. Still up beat enough for plenty of dancing!
